It looks like everything having its association with brand SRK is bound to astound one and all. And after witnessing the success of SRK last release Happy New Year's collection it is once again conspicuously proved that in showbiz SRK and sex are bound to sell and smash all the records. 
 
If reports pertaining to the collections of the movie ever-since its release are to be believed then this mammoth cine venture of SRK has registered to its nam the record of being the biggest BO grosser of the 2014. 
 
As per a statement issued by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment Ltd which also produced then movie Happy New Year's collections has crossed the 35O Cr mark worldwide, with Rs 200 Cr net at Indian BO and approximately USD 15 million overseas. 
 
Though the movie was mercilessly penned by the critics but in-spite of that it managed to rake in Rs 45 Cr at its opening, which also made it one of the biggest openers of the year, and its because of this bumper opening only that "Happy New Year" registered its name in 100 Cr club withing three days of its release. 
 
In a statement issued to media Venky Mysore, Red Chillies Entertainment CEO stated that "The entire RCE team is very proud of having been associated with a mega project like Happy New Year. The way the audiences across the world have received the film to make it one of the biggest successes till date is very satisfying."
 
Well whatever, whatever not but one thing is once again proved that "one should never underestimate the power of SRK". 
 
This directorial venture of Farah Khan circumscribed around the core of a heist also stars Deepika Padukone, Sonu Sood, Vivaan Shah and Boman Irani.
