  • 'PK' Leads To Twitter War For 'Mocking Hindu Traditions'
If some took to Twitter to slam Rajkumar Hirani’s latest “provocative and yet gentle” directorial “PK” saying Aamir Khan “mocks Hindu traditions” in the film, others hailed it as the best film of 2014.

Thanks to different opinions, #BoycottPK and #WeSupportPK have been trending on Twitter.

Actress Juhi Chawla, who recently bought 30 tickets of “PK” for her family, also tweeted: “I have some issues with PK ... I agree with a lot of things but disagree with some. Now THATS a good film. One that stirs thought and discussion”.

Here’s what moviegoers shared on Twitter:

Vivek Bansal: #BoycottPK In his movie "PK", the notorious actor Haji Aamir mocks Hindu traditions & ceremonies in various scenes.

Kreative Geek: I knew if this movie has anything to do with god or godmen this hash tag was supposed to trend #BoycottPK

Mithun: #WeSupportPK #BoycottPK ...its just a movie, go watch and come back..

Asked about the Twitter battle, Rajesh Thadani of Multimedia Combines told IANS: “The movie is not targeting anyone. It is fiction and not putting anyone down. It should be taken lightly”.
