Prabhudheva Helped Whenever We Got Stuck: Shraddha Kapoor

    Actress Shraddha Kapoor, who is gearing up for the release of “ABCD 2”, says whenever the film's cast got stuck in a dance sequence, actor-director and dancer par excellence Prabhudheva came to their rescue.
     
    "ABCD 2", releasing on June 19, is directed by Remo D'Souza and features Prabhudheva in a key role.
     
    “Prabhudheva sir would really help and explain how to do it whenever we got kind of stuck on a step. He is very humble, helpful and down to earth,” Shraddha told IANS over phone from Mumbai.
     
    The “Aashiqui 2” actress shared that Remo wanted the cast to do around 18 to 20 dance styles in the dance-based movie. Some of the dance styles include lyrical hip-hop, crumping, house, contemporary, locking and popping.
     
    Shraddha will be seen playing the role of a girl named Vinni, a hair stylist by profession, but passionate about dancing.
     
    Describing her character, she said: “I am the 'enthu-cutlet' of the film. I want to see all our dreams come true, we (the dance group in the film) are from Nalasopara and we want to conquer the world."
     
    The 27-year-old enjoyed performing lyrical hip-hop with co-actor Varun Dhawan on “Sun-sathiya”.
     
    Besides promoting "ABCD 2", a sequel to Remo's "ABCD - AnyBody Can Dance", Shraddha is currently filming “Baaghi”, which also features actor Tiger Shroff.
     
    She will also be singing besides acting in the upcoming film “Rock On 2”.
