Actress Richa Chadha says her debut book will be anecdotal in nature and she hopes she does a good job.
 
Penguin India will publish the "Fukrey" actress' book later this year.
 
"I am writing an anecdotal kind of piece. I wanted to go beyond social media and get a little more in-depth," Richa said in a statement.
 
"My interest in writing is not new. I hope I can do a good job. This year is special, my debut production and book both come out in 2017," added the actress, who has stepped into production with short film "Khoon Aali Chithi".
 
In her book, she journals her personal journey towards ideal health amid travels to distant cultures and hectic shoots, a source close to the actress said.
 
"The book will be replete with famous encounters, anecdotes from her jetsetting-life as well as a good dose of optimism and common sense," the source added.
