Fee the Love with a Valentine’s Dinner at Crowbar

Darpan News Desk, 01 Feb, 2018 03:23 PM
  • Fee the Love with a Valentine’s Dinner at Crowbar
Valentine's Day is the perfect opportunity to enjoy indulgent dining, unique cocktails and cozy spaces. Crowbar offers all three with an exclusive dining experience that even Cupid would covet, perfect for couples seeking a memorable meal in a low-key environment. Whether you're meeting for a first date or celebrating with your longstanding Valentine, Crowbar's share-style steak dinner, romantic cocktail feature and intimate atmosphere will have you falling in love, even if it's with the popular Fraserhood eatery itself.

On Valentine's Day, Crowbar will be dishing up an exclusive set dinner to seven lucky couples. Designed to be shared by two, the feast is crowned by an organic 28oz, dry-aged, grass-fed rib-eye accompanied by a feature pasta and veggie dish. Chef Justin Ell will personally cook all steak dinners to order while Cupid's army - better known as the talented front-of-house team - will refill wine glasses, mix cocktails and ensure guests feel the love all night long.

After the main course, guests can choose from two delicious desserts, a light yet flavourful brown butter panna cotta, or Crowbar's much-loved chocolate squash cake served with a side of salted white chocolate and spiced cream. The regular dinner menu will also be available that night for guests wishing to dine a la carte, however those with plans to partake in one of the seven exclusive dinners should reserve their spot ahead of time.

Add an extra-special detail to dinner with a perfectly paired cocktail! Crowbar's Vivian Ward is crafted with sparkling wine, pistachio infused gin, rosewater, and lemon for tartness. Beetroot syrup lends the ruby red hue and dried rose petals add the finishing touch as a garnish.

Crowbar's Valentine's dinner is priced at $100 for two people (plus tax and gratuity). Surprise your sweetheart by reserving spots well in advance - you can do so by email at info@crowbareastvan.com. Happy Valentine's!

Sapphire Bistro & Banquet

Sapphire Bistro & Banquet
Sapphire Bistro is a vision crafted by Gary Sandhu and Gurminder Behniwal to bring forward the forgotten experience – the taste we have left thousands of miles behind us. The food is prepared keeping the same old tradition of fresh ingredients in mind that we all grew up with. After visiting many hotels in and around town, the lack of fresh food or good service encouraged Sandhu and Behniwal to open their own restaurant.
