The DARPAN Magazine team participated in the vibrant Vaisakhi celebrations on two consecutive Saturdays. On April 13th, 2024, we attended the Vancouver Vaisakhi parade, which commenced at the Ross Street Gurdwara and followed along Main Street.

The Patka, a head covering worn by Sikh boys as a symbol of their faith and identity, is now receiving the recognition and support it deserves in educational institutions.
