One of my favourite baked yogurts; good for breakfast or even a quick dessert.

    Serves: 6-8

    Ingredients

    400 g hung curd
    400 g condensed milk
    500 ml cooking cream
    100 g blue berries

    Preparation

Combine all the ingredients together and bake at 160 deg C for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool.

Chill before serving. Top up with the berry compote/sauce (optional).

    Shaam Savera

Spinach koftas are filled with paneer and served floating on a saffron coloured, velvety gravy. It also stands for shaam, or dusk, as represented by the darker shades of the spinach, while the paleness of the paneer symbolizes savera or dawn.
