  • Vicky Ratnani: A Burst of Flavour & Flair

Known for his flavours and flair in the kitchen, celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani definately makes cooking exciting. Ratnani is the corporate chef at Aurus, a fine dining restaurant in Mumbai and host of the popular TV cooking show, Vicky Goes Veg where he turns vegetarianism into an art form.

An extensive traveller, this globetrotting chef uses his experiences abroad as inspiration for his delectable dishes. Chef Ratnani shares some of these inspired recipes with DARPAN from his cookbook, Vicky Goes Veg.

ABOUT THE BOOK

It's green, it's exciting and it's Veg! Launched by Bollywood's actor Farhan Akhtar, Vicky Ratnani's Vicky Goes Veg is a compilation of vegetarian recipes inspired by various cuisines from around the world.
The book is published by Harper Collins and interestingly fuses Ratnani's energy and passion for cooking with his not-at-all-boring vegetarian recipes. "Going green has never been more deliciously exciting! Bon appétit," Akhtar said at the launch of the book.
