15-Year-Old 'Raped And Made To Consume Poison' By Uncle In Gurgaon

Darpan News Desk IANS, 26 Jun, 2017 01:59 PM
The Millennium City was left terrified yet again as a 15-year-old girl, a Class X student, was raped and murdered by her uncle who allegedly consumed poison when police reached to arrest him.

The victim, daughter of an auto driver, lived in Khandsa village.

Her father’s maternal cousin, also an auto driver, too lived here.

It was late on Saturday night that he took the victim to a secluded ‘jhuggi’ and raped her.

He allegedly forced her to consume poison before dumping her body.

The family took her to police in a dizzy condition and while she was being taken to hospital she died.

The victim however had given her statement before dying.

She reportedly told police that her uncle had been raping her for several weeks and threatening to kill or shame her in the area.

It was fear of embarrassment that forced her to remain mum.

On Saturday he brutally raped her and forcibly made her swallow something that made her dizzy.

Following the statement a case was registered in Sector 37 police station and the police rushed to the home of the accused.

Seeing police at his doorstep the accused panicked and allegedly consumed poison.

He was rushed to Safdurjung hospital where he continues to be critical.
