16th Lok Sabha's first session to begin June 4

    The first session of the 16th Lok Sabha will commence June 4 and conclude June 11, according to an official release.
     
    It said that President Pranab Mukherjee will address both houses of parliament assembled together in parliament's Central Hall June 9 at 11 a.m.
     
    "Subject to exigencies of government business, the session is likely to conclude June 11," said the release issued by Lok Sabha secretariat.
