The Shiromani Akali Dal on Monday held a press conference in New Delhi where they released five sting videos that allegedly confirm Congress leader Jagdish Tytler’s role in 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
The sting videos released by the Akali Dal at the news briefing have the date-stamp of 2011. Manjit Singh GK said they would be submitting the tapes to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
He also demanded that post the release of the sting videos, Jagdish Tytler should be subjected to a lie detector test. Tytler was then the sitting Member of Parliament from North-Delhi.
The former Union Minister is regarded as a controversial leader for his alleged role in the anti-Sikh riots that broke out in Delhi following the assassination of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Tytler, who has denied any role in the riots, has been given a clean chit by CBI thrice in the case.
According to reports, 2,100 Sikhs were massacred in Delhi during the 1984 riots. 700 Sikhs were killed in other parts of the country during the anti-Sikh riots.

In clip 1, Mr. Tytler has expressed remorse for not being able to recover 150 crores cash from his friends, the said admission of Mr. Tytler prima facie points to his undeclared black money and undisclosed transactions.

Video No. 4..Video No. 4.. जी.के. ने बताया कि वीडियो नम्बर 4 में टाईटलर न्यायपालिका पर अपनी पकड़ की शेखी ब्यान कर रहा है। टाईटलर जहां चीफ जस्टिस को फोन करने की बात करता है वहीं अपने द्वारा मिस्टर एंड मिसेज पाठक को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में नियुक्त करने का दावा करता है। जी.के. ने कहा कि टाईटलर एवं कांग्रेस का न्यायपालिका पर पकड़ का दावा प्राथमिक तौर पर सही भी लगता है। क्योंकि 26 फरवरी 2010 को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सज्जन कुमार तथा उसके साथियों को एक मामले में अग्रिम जमानत दी थी। जिसमें सज्जन कुमार ना केवल भगोड़े हो चुके थे, बल्कि निचली अदालत ने उनके खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट भी जारी किये हुए थे। यह जमानत शुरू से ही सवालों के घेरे में रही है। परन्तु अब टाईटलर के दावे के बाद शक और गहरा गया है। S. Manjit Singh G.K. stated that clip 4 contains videos where Mr. Tytler boasts about being close with Judiciary and how he has got Justice Pathak and Mrs. Justice Pathak appointed to the Court. It is worth to be noticed that on 26.02.2010, Dlehi High Court had granted bail to Sajjan Kumar and other accused in one of the matters related to 1984 Anti Sikh Genocide. The order of the Delhi High Court was under a huge question mark since the very beginning and the present sting operation has given impetus to the suspicion.

Video No. 5....Video No. 5.... जी.के. ने बताया कि वीडियों नम्बर 5 में टाईटलर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ अन्ना हजारे द्वारा शुरू की गई इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन मुहिम से जुडे़ अन्ना हजारे, किरण बेदी तथा अरविन्द केजरीवाल पर फांसीवादी तरीके से अकुंश लगाने की वकालत करता हुआ देश में भ्रष्टाचार कभी ना खत्म होने की बात कह रहा है। साथ ही टाईटलर इस वीडियों में अन्ना हजारे को कूड़ेदान बताता हुआ न्यायपालिका में 15 वर्षो तक केस लटकाने के तरीके भी बता रहा है। टाईटलर कांग्रेस सरकार को बेईमान बताते हुए केजरीवाल को गोली लगने की भविष्यवाणी भी कर रहा है। Mr. Tytler has also been seen as advocating to crush the Anti Corruption movement in India naming Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi and Arvind Kejriwal. Mr. Tytler has addressed Anna Hazare as a Trash Can and also given out revelation to delay court cases by paying bribes. What is more appalling is that Mr. Tytler calls Congress Party as corrupt and also talks about assassination of Arvind Kejriwal.

Video Evidence Against Jagdish Tytler Given To CBI, says H.S. Phoolka
AAP leader and senior advocate H.S. Phoolka on Monday said that video clippings of a sting operation against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in the anti-Sikh riots case of 1984 had been handed over to the CBI which, he demanded, should verify their authenticity.
In a statement issued here, Phoolka claimed that Shiromani Akali Dal leader and Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee President Manjit Singh GK had video clippings in which Tytler is allegedly seen admitting to his role in the 1984 riots.
CBI is duty bound to act on sting videos of Tytler.

"Manjit Singh has five video clippings of a sting operation against Tytler, wherein he admits to killing 100 Sikhs and other offences. The question being asked is their relevance and admissibility and whether the CBI can act on the basis of these videos," said Phoolka, who has been fighting cases on behalf of the survivors of the anti-Sikh riots in Delhi and elsewhere in the wake of that assassination of t
hen Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. He said these videos have been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation in a case pending a probe by the central agency.
Phoolka said that a Delhi court had directed the CBI to investigate allegations against Tytler for the alleged murder of three Sikhs and money laundering by transferring Rs 5 crore to Canada through the hawala channel.
He demanded that the CBI should send these videos to the Forensic Science Laboratory to check their veracity.
After verification, the CBI is duty-bound to act on the basis of these videos and carry out custodial interrogation of Tytler after arresting him, the Aam Aadmi Party leader said.
"These videos cannot be ignored just on the flimsy ground that their source is not authentic," he added.
