Darpan News Desk IANS, 17 Sep, 2014 08:20 AM
Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal is all set to meet top industrialists in Chennai and Hyderabad to highlight investment opportunities in Punjab.

"Badal will focus on information technology, health care, food processing, bio-technology, light engineering and infrastructure during the visit. The two-day tour begins Thursday from Chennai," a spokesman said here Wednesday.

"He will meet more than a dozen heads of business houses," the spokesman said.

Badal, while embarking for the trip, said: "The Punjab government has taken massive steps and new initiatives to provide conducive and business-friendly environment in the industrial sector".
