Modi Has Not Taken A Single Leave In 22 Years: Amit Shah

    Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister and BJP President Amit Shah said here on Tuesday that after a long time, the country has got a leader who works 18 hours daily.


    Addressing a convention on NRC at the Netaji Indoor Stadium here, Shah, an old associate of Modi, said the Prime Minister has not taken leave for a single day in the last 22 years.


    "In the last 22 years, he hasn't taken leave for a single day... He also never went on vacation. He works 18 hours a day for 365 days in a year. You don't get such leaders often," Shah said.
