IANS, 15 May, 2016 11:55 AM
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday tweeted several pictures with his old mother, who was visiting him at his official residence here for the first time since he became prime minister, saying he "spent quality time" with her.

After Modi's mother Heeraben returned to Gujarat, he posted pictures on his Twitter account in which he was seen taking her around his 7, Race Course Road, residence.

"My mother returns to Gujarat. Spent quality time with her after a long time and that too on her 1st visit to RCR," he tweeted along with the pictures.

Heeraben lives with her other sons in Gujarat.

Heeraben is seen riding a wheelchair pushed around by her prime minister son, who is seen attired in informals in two of the three photographs. In the third picture, he is wearing his favourite kurta pyjama and a waistcoat.
