Shiv Sena: Zakir Naik A Smaller Dawood Ibrahim Attempting To Make Mini Pakistan In Country

Darpan News Desk IANS, 18 Jul, 2016 02:10 PM
The Shiv Sena, which has been vociferously calling for a ban on controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik, on Monday likened him to India’s most wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim.

Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said the government should act on ‘smaller Dawoods’ like him who are present in the country.

“Who is Zakir Naik? If this government has guts then it should leave Dawood Ibrahim, since he is being given shelter by Pakistan, and focus on foiling the bids of these smaller Dawoods and their attempts of making mini Pakistan in the country,” Raut told.

Raut had recently slammed Naik for radicalising youth towards terror in party’s mouthpiece Saamna.
