Tarn Taran Man Kills Teenage Daughter And Her Lover

    In a case of suspected dishonour killing, a man today killed his 15-year-old and her lover with sharp weapon at his house in Bhai Ladhu village, 35 km from Tarn Taran.
     
    Confirming the killings, Station House Officer (SHO) Avtar Singh said Dogar Singh suspected an illicit relationship between his daughter Sukhwinder Kaur (15) with Randeep Singh for the past few weeks.
     
     
    He killed both at his residence by using a sharp-edged weapon. He had called Randeep Singh on the pretext to hold talk on some important issue, the SHO said.
     
    Randeep Singh, who was barber by profession, was in love with the girl which was not acceptable to Dogar Singh, he said. Police said Dogar Singh has been arrested.
