Darpan News Desk IANS, 02 Dec, 2016 01:40 PM
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, in hospital since November 7 after what she shared was kidney failure, is back to responding to people's SOS and Twitter couldn't be happier.

In a tweet posted some seven hours before writing this, Ms Swaraj replied to a Twitter user from London seeking help in renewing his visa because of a medical emergency. "Indian High Commission in London will help you," she said in her tweet tagging the mission's website.

Tweeple were not only glad to see their favourite minister in action but they also tweeted her back asking about her health and flooding her with wishes. Ms Swaraj's tweet has since received over 1,100 'likes' and 260 replies on Twitter.

Ms Swaraj, 64, had tweeted on November 16 about being admitted to Delhi's AIIMS hospital. Her tweet received a huge response from people, some of whom even offered their kidney.

The minister thanked everyone for their best wishes.
