The body of a woman, cut into 16 pieces and packed in a bag, was found in a garbage dumping site in Rae Bareli, 95 km from here, police said on Tuesday.

The body was yet to be identified. It is of a woman of around 30 years and she appears to have been killed 3-4 days back, police told IANS.

Sweepers who collect garbage called police after they opened the bag and found the body in the morning.
