    Kamala* (name changed), domestic help in a Delhi household, caught Indian designer Mandeep Nagi’s attention while visiting a friend, and instantly chose Kamal as her model. 
     
    “The emphasis of our new collection, Cinnamon, is on textures and I wanted someone extraordinary. She carried herself with grace and confidence,” Nagi told the media.
