A Hindu girl Namrita Chandani, a first-year medical student from Sindh’s Ghotki was found dead on a cot with a piece of cloth tied around her neck while her room was locked from inside. The police claimed that the girl committed suicide but her family members maintained that she was murdered. The victim’s brother, a medical consultant claimed that preliminary medical checkup showed that she was murdered.
