Darpan News Desk IANS, 13 Jun, 2018 12:16 PM

A fresh threat issued by Sikh radicals to Ludhiana MP Ravneet Bittu during an event, “Referendum 2020-Khalistan”, in California on June 10 has alerted the intelligence agencies.

The threat tagged on the twitter handle of the Sikhs For Justice (SJF) reads, “Ravneet Bittu is trying to label Canada-US based 2020 campaigners as terrorists. Bittu’s attempts to thwart the legal process will be answered with equal force.”

Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh has also been tagged along in the tweet. Talking to the media, Bittu said he came to know about the tweet on Tuesday morning.

“I have brought it to the notice of the authorities concerned,” he added.
