Eighteen people are in hospital after a school bus collided with a tanker truck in South Carolina.
Most of the injured were children from an area high school, as well as one adult.
The bus was carrying 36 passengers when it collided with the tanker at about 4 p-m at an intersection in Lexington County.
There was no immediate information on their conditions or the cause of the crash.
Mayor Ken Sim says the community has called the cost of parking a barrier to visiting and doing business in Chinatown. The new flat rate will take effect June 1st and run from 9 a-m to 10 p-m, seven days a week.

Victoria police say they've arrested a suspect in a brazen daylight robbery at a jewelry store. They say the suspect entered the store on April 15th armed with a hammer and stole a number of items from three display cases before fleeing.
The motive of the arson has not been determined and police are actively working to identify the suspect. Video surveillance shows a person lighting what appears to be a mattress on fire prior to walking away.
