There are 456 new cases of COVID-19, including two epi-linked cases, for a total of 78,278 cases in British Columbia. There have been two new COVID-19 related deaths over the last 24 hours, for a total of 1,338 deaths in British Columbia.

There are 108 new cases of COVID-19 in Vancouver Coastal, 259 new cases in Fraser, 35 in Island, 30 in Interior, 20 in Northern and four new cases of people who reside outside of Canada. So far 230,875 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in B.C., 62,608 of which are second doses.

There are 4,668 active cases of COVID-19 in the province, with 7,924 people under active public health monitoring as a result of identified exposure to known cases. A further 72,219 people who tested positive have recovered.

Currently there are 237 individuals are currently hospitalized, up 1, with COVID-19, 64, down 5, of whom are in intensive care.
