Surrey RCMP were on scene in the Newton area of Surrey for a report of shots being fired.
At approximately 5:41 pm on August 20, 2021, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 13700 block of 70th Avenue. A male was located suffering from serious, life threatening injuries and was transported to local hospital. Two individuals are currently in custody.
