20-Year-Old Man Known To Police Shot And Killed In Vancouver

    VANCOUVER — A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Vancouver on Monday night in what police believe was a targeted shooting.
     
    Police say they received several 911 calls just before 9 p.m. reporting the sound of gunfire in East Vancouver (on Seaforth Drive) and arrived to find the victim on the side of the road.
     
    The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.
     
    Police say he was known to them and was on bail on a charge of manslaughter.
     
    No arrests have been made and no suspect information has been released.
     
    The homicide is Vancouver's 10th of the year.
