Police in Delta say a man missing since Monday morning in the Metro Vancouver community has been found dead.

Police say 21 year old, Tajas, had left his home wearing nothing but underwear and suffered from a significant injury.

Residents were asked to check yards, sheds and cars where a person could take shelter, and to not approach Tajas if found.

Delta police say the death is not suspicious and no additional details will be released

BC Wildfire crews respond to 30-hectare fire, north of Lillooet
The British Columbia Wildfire Service says its crews are responding to a 30-hectare wildfire billowing smoke over Highway 99 north of Lillooet.  The agency says on Facebook that the Tiffen Creek wildfire is "highly visible" from the highway and from the towns of Lillooet and Pavilion.
