The first week of Feb the numbers have been dropped substantially. BC may not receive vaccine the first few weeks of February. BC will be spreading out the COVID-19 vaccines 42 days. This is a delay due to a lack of vaccine and will allow province to finish LTC with first doses.

Dr. Henry says there have been 56 instances of adverse reactions to the vaccine in BC. Dr. Bonnie Henry says BC has had 5 cases of the UK variant. They are all related to travel or close contact to travellers. Says there has been no ongoing transmission. There have been 3 cases of South African variant, all 3 community acquired.
