  • A 4th person has been charged in connection to the 2019 murder case of Baldwin: IHIT

Integrated Homicide Investigation Team  have announced a first-degree murder charge in the 2019 death of 30-year-old Andrew Baldwin. Munroop Hayer, 27, is the fourth person to be charged in the case. Hayer has been charged with first-degree murder.

Baldwin was found unconcious inside a home in Surrey on Rememberance Day in 2019 and later died hospital. Three other people have already been charged in connection to the murder.

In May, Jasman Basran of Surrey, 21 years old then  is facing a charge for being an accessory after the fact to Baldwin’s murder.

Further charges were announced for Jordan Bottomly and Jagpal Hothi who have both been given first-degree murder charges in the case.
