Authorities Identify Two Of The Three Victims In Quebec Fire

    DRUMMONDVILLE, Que. — Two of the three people who died in a fire in a Quebec apartment building have been identified.
     
    They are Marcel Roy, 66, and Stephane Vincent, 46.
     
    A coroner spokeswoman says the identity of the third victim will likely be made public by the end of the month.
     
    The cause of Thursday's fire in Drummondville has not yet been determined.
     
    Eight people were injured in the blaze.
