BC's anti-gang task force issues a public safety warning about 11 men with ties to gangs

The CFSEU-BC has in partnership with the Vancouver Police Department and BC RCMP have issued a warning regarding 11 men with links to gangs. These men pose a serious threat to public safety.

Majority of these men have been identified of South Asian heritage and are in the age range of 20s-30s.
The names on the list are:

Barinder Dhaliwal, 39
Andy St. Pierre, 40
Gurpreet Dhaliwal, 35
Richard Joseph Whitlock, 40

Sumdish Gill, 28
Sukhdeep Pansal, 33
The anti-gang task force wants the faces of these criminals to be seen. The CFSEU-BC further adds that these gangsters are transient so it is of vital importance that the anti-gang task force collaborate with other agencies.
The government says Liberal MPs Patricia Lattanzio and James Maloney are joining the committee, filling spots most recently held by Conservatives Leona Alleslev and Rob Morrison.
A special avalanche warning has been posted for recreational backcountry users in several regions of B.C. and Alberta as warm temperatures make the snowpack unstable. Avalanche Canada and Parks Canada have issued the advisory to take effect immediately and last through to Monday.

On Wednesday, January 19, at 7:20 pm, Surrey RCMP responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision that involved a pedestrian at the intersection of 92 Avenue and King George Boulevard. The pedestrian suffered life threatening injuries and is currently being treated at a local hospital.
