Burnaby RCMP is looking to identify two suspects that were involved in two break-ins and mail theft incidents in March.

On March 21, 2022 at approximately 2:30 p.m., two suspects broke into two residential complexes in the 7200-block of Collier Street and proceeded to pry the main panel of the mailboxes open and steal all the mail.
This type of crime affects everyone in our community, said Corporal Mike Kalanj with the Burnaby RCMP. Please have a look at these photos and contact our investigators if you recognize either of the suspects.

That's when restrictions were set to expire, but Dr. Bonnie Henry said last week that they believed COVID-19 hospitalizations were expected to spike after cases within the community had peaked.
There are 35,985 active cases of COVID-19 in the province, and 257,677 people who tested positive have recovered. Of the active cases, 819 COVID-positive individuals are in hospital and 99 are in intensive care. The remaining people are recovering at home in self-isolation.
