Child Unharmed During Violent, Armed Home Invasion In Abbotsford

    On Monday, August 7, 2017, at 9:50 am, the Abbotsford Police Department received areport of a home-invasion robbery at a residence in the 30400 block of Sandpiper Drive.
     
     
    Hours earlier, two armed men awakened three of the occupants of the home. The uspects tied up the two male victims (both 35 years of age) and the one female victim (31 years old) and rummaged through the home filling a bag as they went. 
     
     
    The men had their faces covered and one of them brandished a shotgun during the robbery. A 3-year-old child was asleep in one of the bedrooms throughout the incident.
     
     
    The suspects stole a white Cadillac CTS and a grey Porsche Cayenne from the driveway of the residence when they departed. Cash and valuables were taken from the home. The victims suffered minor injuries.
