CHILLIWACK, B.C. — A man has been charged with second-degree murder after a fatal stabbing in Chilliwack, B.C.
 
Police say officers responded to reports of a stabbing Tuesday afternoon and found one man dead and another with a knife.
 
Sgt. Stephanie Ashton of the Integrated Homicide Investigations Team says a 63-year-old man was arrested and has been charged in the death of a 49-year-old man.
 
Ashton says witnesses reported seeing the suspect hitting a cyclist while he was following the victim's car.
 
She says the two cars collided in a parking lot and that the 49-year-old man was stabbed during an altercation.
 
Police believe the two men knew each other.
