  • Coquitlam RCMP investigating a shots fired incident on Broadway Street

At approximately 9:34 a.m., on December 7, 2020, Coquitlam RCMP responded to a report of shots fired near the 1500-block of Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam. Police found an adult male with gunshot wounds.

Reports of a black vehicle was seen speeding away from the scene. At this time, this incident appears to be targeted. Fortunately, no bystanders were injured. The black vehicle was last seen heading northbound on Broadway Street.

Police are asking drivers who may have been in the area at this time to review their dash cam video to see if they may have captured the vehicle involved.
