R-C-M-P in Coquitlam are looking for a suspect in an assault that happened at Burns Park that left a 39-year-old man with minor injuries.
It happened on April 11th when The Mounties say two men got into a verbal dispute over their dogs playing together at the park.
Police say the suspect believed the victim's dog had injured his dog and wanted financial compensation in return.
They say the suspect may have sought medical treatment for his dog at a local veterinarian clinic.
The homicide team says it's investigating all three cases and the murders of the two men appear to be targeted. Police say they've made an arrest in the woman's case, that the suspect was known to her and it appears to be isolated.
