  • DARPAN Power Women Of Influence 2026: Less Than 2 Weeks Go-Celebrating Women and Their Excellence

From the quiet strength of mothers to the bold conviction of leaders shaping boardrooms and policy tables, women continue to transform the world in extraordinary ways. They nurture families, build enterprises, challenge inequities, and lead movements. They innovate, advocate, mentor, and rise—often while lifting others along the way.

Across industries and communities, women are breaking barriers once considered immovable. They are redefining leadership, rewriting narratives, and expanding what is possible for future generations. Every glass ceiling shattered creates space for countless others. Every bold step forward leaves a footprint that extends far beyond one individual’s success.

While international icons often dominate headlines, some of the most profound change is driven by women within our own communities—leaders, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and visionaries whose work creates lasting impact. Their achievements deserve not only recognition but a powerful platform that amplifies their voices.

That is exactly what the DARPAN Power Women of Influence (DPWOI) was created to do.

In less than 2 weeks, on Saturday, March 21, 2026, we will gather again for the 4th edition of the DARPAN Power Women of Influence, an empowering, women-focused celebration honouring trailblazers who are shaping industries, strengthening communities, and inspiring the next generation.

DPWOI is not simply a gala. It is a movement. A stage. A space where women’s stories are told in their own voices.

At the heart of the evening are two defining pillars:

Power Talks

Each panelist takes the stage to share her personal journey, unfiltered, inspiring, and deeply human. The Power Talks reveal the resilience behind success, the courage behind leadership, and the lessons behind achievement. These stories ignite purpose, confidence, and ambition in every woman in the room.

Panel Disussion

The high-impact panel discussion brings together influential women leaders to address pressing issues affecting women today, from leadership and entrepreneurship to representation, equity, and social transformation. These dynamic exchanges spark dialogue, challenge norms, and encourage actionable change.

The 4th edition will once again gather influential business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, creatives, activists, and community changemakers for an unforgettable evening of red-carpet elegance, meaningful networking, inspiring dialogue, entertainment, and a curated gourmet dining experience.

RBC proudly returns as the Presenting Sponsor of the DARPAN Power Women of Influence, powered by Save-On-Foods.
