Langley, B.C. Police Seek To Identify Person Of Interest In Assault Investigation

    Langley RCMP is seeking the assistance of the public to identify an individual who is a person of interest in a violent assault.
     
    On June 14th police attended a residence in the Willoughby area for a report of assault. The victim had met the suspect several days earlier and offered him the use of her shower facilities. She became fearful of him so when left the residence, she moved his belongings outside her home. When he returned, he was upset and grabbed her by the throat and hit her head into the wall.

    A male acquaintance of the victim tried to intercede but was assaulted as well for his efforts.
