Man Charged With Murder Of Missing Woman Told Saskatoon Police Where To Find Body

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 30 Nov, 2015 11:05 AM
SASKATOON — Investigators say a man charged with killing a woman who vanished five years ago walked into a Saskatoon police station and told them where to find her body.

Police say Jerry Franklin Constant also provided a story as to what happened to Karina Beth Ann Wolfe.

The remains of the 20-year-old were located two weeks ago in a marshy area northwest of Saskatoon.

Constant, who is 33, was to appear in court this morning on charges of second-degree murder and offering an indignity to a body.

Police say they don't believe he and Wolfe had a relationship before she was last seen getting into a car in front of her mother's Saskatoon home in 2010.

Carol Wolfe says her daughter was a talented painter and journalist who was taken too soon.
