Vancouver police are investigating the city's latest homicide.
A 34-year-old man was fatally stabbed yesterday afternoon on the city's Downtown Eastside and was found lying on a sidewalk at about 3 p.m.
Police say the sidewalk is enclosed by a construction tunnel and investigators are certain that witnesses saw what happened and can share details of the attack.
No arrests have been made and police haven't said if any suspects have been identified
A half-dozen passengers who were not fully vaccinated when they boarded have now received penalties that could reach a maximum of $5,000 each, Transport Canada said. Under COVID-19 rules, all passengers must be fully vaccinated to board a flight departing the country.
