Vancouver police are investigating the city's latest homicide.
A 34-year-old man was fatally stabbed yesterday afternoon on the city's Downtown Eastside and was found lying on a sidewalk at about 3 p.m.
Police say the sidewalk is enclosed by a construction tunnel and investigators are certain that witnesses saw what happened and can share details of the attack.
No arrests have been made and police haven't said if any suspects have been identified
Constable Gary O'Brien says police will be checking to see if foul play was involved. He says crews have managed to remove debris from the site of the flattened home and check the basement and other areas.
