Man Dies Of Injuries After Canada Day Shooting At Home In Abbotsford, B.C.

    ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — A 20-year-old man has succumbed to his injuries after a shooting on Canada Day in Abbotsford, B.C.
     
     
    Abbotsford police say  paramedics responded to a report of a shooting inside a residence on Sunday.
     
     
    The BC Ambulance Service arrived at the home and found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
     
     
    He was transported to hospital in critical condition and has since died.
     
     
    Police say an 18-year-old man was arrested the same day.
     
     
    The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is taking over the investigation.
