  • Man from Surrey arrested after allegedly committing indecent acts in Langley

Langley RCMP received a report of indecent acts on August 29th. The allegation details interactions between a 33-year-old male and three Langley youths in the Brookswood area on August 28th.

The male is alleged to have made sexualized remarks and subsequently exposed himself. The male suspect was located early Saturday morning and was arrested in relation to the events of the day prior and for unrelated arrest warrants.

He was released from custody the following morning with some strict conditions including:

He must not be within 50 metres of any place where females aged 16 years or younger live, work, attend school or happen to be.

He must have no contact or communication with any females who are apparently 16 years of age or younger.

He must not communicate or attempt to communicate by any electronic means with any females under the age of 16.

The Surrey male will next appear in Surrey Provincial Court on September 9th.
