A man has been shot and killed in what Vancouver police say was a targeted attack.

Vancouver Police have identified the victim of this year’s 13th homicide as Amandeep Manj.

The 35-year-old was found dead in a vehicle in the underground parkade of the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel yesterday afternoon. Officers and paramedics attended and he was pronounced dead on scene.

Homicide detectives continue to investigate. No arrests have been made.

A statement from Visintin issued Wednesday called the slaying "brazen."
