Missing Toronto Woman HEERAL PATEL Found Dead In Brampton, Ex-Husband RAKESHBHAI PATEL Wanted In Connection To The Case

    Heeral Patel, 28, who was last seen on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at 11 p.m., in the Islington Avenue at Steeles Avenue West area is now declared dead. Her body was found in a wooded area in Brampton near Nexus Avenue and Fogal Road.


    Toronto police had set up a command post to help co-ordinate the search for Patel.


    Police say the suspect in this incident is the deceased ex-husband, Rakeshbhai Patel, a 36 year-old man from Toronto. Investigators are encouraging him to contact a lawyer and arrange to turn himself in.


    "On the 13th the individual was located… She had been missing already for a couple of days so if anyone saw anything leading up to that timeline that seemed suspicious or out of character, whether it was vehicle or a something that struck them as odd, that might actually be some piece of information we may be looking for," Const. Danny Marttini‏ said.
