'Once Upon A Time' Fan Deals In Richmond Include Storybrooke Swag

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 13 Mar, 2015 01:05 PM
RICHMOND, B.C. — Tourism Richmond is promoting special package deals for fans of the hit ABC TV series "Once Upon a Time."

The American fairy-tale drama has been filmed in the village of Steveston, part of Richmond in Metro Vancouver, since 2011. The tourism agency's Twitter feed (@VisitRichmondBC) pumps out info on shoots in the village, which masquerades as the show's seaside town of Storybrooke, Maine.

The deals at participating hotels (with stays of two nights or more until May 31) include official "Once" swag.

Disney-licensed "Once" merchandise, such as T-shirts, tote bags, hoodies and posters, is also for sale at Tourism Richmond's Visitor Centre (on Steveston's Moncton Street), where you can pick up self-guided walking maps of Storybrooke.
