One person suffered minor injuries in a mobile home fire in Prince George on Monday morning.
The fire rescue team responded to the blaze shortly before 11 a-m in the 5100 block of North Nechako Road and found a mobile home with moderate smoke coming from the structure.
Crews were able to douse the fire and damages are estimated at 75-thousand-dollars.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke says the city's legal team is still preparing for a courtroom showdown with the provincial government over policing in the city, with a court date set for April 29th. Locke says the city is still in talks with the province, but she says she can't share any inside details about the discussions.
