One Person With Serious Injuries After Shooting In Port Coquitlam

    PORT COQUITLAM, B.C. — At least one person is in hospital with serious injuries after a shooting in Port Coquitlam.
     
    Coquitlam RCMP Sgt. Tim Sylvestri says it happened outside an apartment complex (on Bury Avenue at Wilson Avenue) just before midnight.
     
    He could not confirm the extent of the person's injuries or how many victims were involved.
     
    He says no one has died.
     
    The Major Crime Section is leading the investigation, which is in its very early stages.
     
    Sylvestri says there are no suspects at this time.
