Ottawa couple charged with sexually assaulting two teens

    An Ottawa couple has been charged with forcible confinement and sexually assaulting two teenage girls in a west Ottawa home over the Victoria Day long weekend.

    The 16-year-old teenagers were reportedly assaulted at the resident of Caroline Budd, 20, and her boyfriend Anthony Comunale, 31. Budd and Comunale were arrested Wednesday afternoon.

    News reports suggest that the girls were assaulted at Budd's house while her parents were away.

    Both girls approached police four days after the assault.

    Police is also saying that Budd, Comunale and the teenage girls, all knew each other.

    Budd and Comunale are each charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault with a weapon, two counts of assault with a weapon and two counts of forcible confinement.
