  • Pedestrian killed in crash with police vehicle in Surrey, B.C.

British Columbia's police watchdog is investigating after a pedestrian was killed in a crash involving a police vehicle in Surrey, B.C.

The Surrey Police Service says it happened at a busy route Sunday at around 7:20 p.m. on 152 Street between 64 and 66A avenues.

Police say the female pedestrian died at the scene despite medical attention by first responders.
