Police in Langley are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed on Monday.
Police say the crash happened at around 7 a-m in the 28-hundred-block of 264 Street.
Investigators say speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash, and the investigation is continuing.
Police say the driver remained at the scene and is co-operating with the investigation.
The summons applies to CEO Sundar Pichai, as well as Kent Walker, president of global affairs, Richard Gingras, vice-president of news, and Sabrina Geremia, vice president and country manager for Google in Canada.
